Life Sciences Industry Supplements are available in 25 countries across Europe, Middle East & Africa and Latin America to supplement markets where Mercer Life Sciences Compensation Surveys (MLS) are currently not available. The schedule for the Supplements (data submission, effective dates and delivery of results) is the same as for TRS, so there is no need for additional steps! In locations where the MLS may not be available, we offer the Life Sciences Industry Supplement providing quantitative information on positions specific for the industry. As opposed to the Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) which aggregates data for general jobs.
